Customised to your premises · One contact · Every certificate in one place
Why businesses put it on a plan
A typical premises has four or five separate electrical obligations, each on a different cycle: fixed-wire testing every few years, emergency lighting every year, fire alarms every six months, PAT on a risk-based schedule. Keeping track of them all is where things slip, and a lapsed certificate tends to come to light at the worst possible moment.
A plan moves that job to us. One survey, one schedule, one contact, and records you can hand over straight away.
What a plan can cover
| CHECK | TYPICAL FREQUENCY | WHAT YOU GET |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed-wire testing (EICR) | Every 1–5 years, depending on premises | Electrical Installation Condition Report |
| Emergency lighting | Annual full-duration test; monthly checks logged | Certificate and logbook entries |
| Fire alarm servicing | At least every six months | Service record for the logbook |
| PAT testing | Risk-based, often annual | Labelled items and a test register |
| Thermal imaging (optional) | Annually, at peak load | Report with thermal images |
Frequencies are typical. Your plan follows your fire risk assessment, insurer and the previous reports.
How it works
-

Your schedule
Every check on one calendar, with visits grouped so you get as few call-outs as possible.
Agreed with you -
Visits around your hours
Booked in advance, before opening or after closing where needed.
As scheduled -
Records & reminders
Certificates sent after every visit, and a reminder before the next one is due.
All year
Customised to your requirements
No two premises need the same plan, so we don't sell fixed packages. After the survey we build a plan around your building, your fire risk assessment and what your insurer asks for, with one fixed yearly price.
Prices are plus VAT. Remedial work is always quoted separately, and plan customers get priority booking.
Reliable, punctual, experienced and very professional; he turns up when he says he will, I highly recommend him.

Maintenance plan questions, answered
What's included in a plan?
Whatever your premises needs, and nothing it doesn't. We start from a survey, list every check that applies with its frequency, and put them on one calendar. Most plans cover fixed-wire testing, emergency lighting, fire alarm servicing and PAT, with thermal imaging as an option.
Does it lock us into a contract?
We agree the length and terms with you in writing before anything starts, so you know exactly what the plan covers and how to end it.
Are repairs included?
Repairs are quoted separately so the plan price stays predictable. You approve every remedial job before we do it, and plan customers get priority booking.
Can we put several sites on one plan?
Yes. Each site gets its own schedule and records, with one contact and one invoice.
What if our insurer asks for proof?
Every certificate, register and logbook entry is sent to you after each visit and kept on file, so you can answer an insurer, landlord or fire officer the same day.
