Fit-out questions, answered
Can you work alongside our shopfitter or builder?
Yes, that's how most fit-outs run. We work to the main contractor's programme, attend site meetings, and coordinate first and second fix with the other trades.
Can you work to an architect's or designer's drawings?
Yes. We price and install from the drawings and flag anything that needs clarifying, such as circuit loads, emergency lighting coverage or socket positions, before it becomes a problem on site.
How do you keep disruption down on a live site?
Phased working, evenings, weekends and longer shifts where the programme needs it. We agree the timings in writing so you can plan trading around them.
What certification do we get?
An Electrical Installation Certificate for the new work, plus certificates for emergency lighting and fire alarm systems where they're included. It's the paperwork your landlord, insurer and building control will ask for.
Do you handle the building warrant side?
We provide the electrical installation certificates the building warrant completion process needs, and work alongside your architect or agent so the paperwork is ready when the building is.
