Boardroom & conference room AV
Screens, connection points and video conferencing for meeting rooms, wired properly: power and data where they need to be, cables hidden in the walls and floor, and a room that works first time.
Free site survey · Written scope and price before we start · Out-of-hours working available
What we install
- Wall-mounted displays with power and data recessed behind the screen.
- Table and floor boxes with HDMI, USB-C, power and data where people sit.
- Wireless presenting wired and networked, so anyone can share a screen.
- Video conferencing cameras, microphones and speakers positioned and cabled for your system.
- Concealed cabling through floors, walls and ceilings, with nothing trailing.
Why get an electrician to do it
A meeting room that looks good and works every time comes down to planning the power and cabling before anything goes on the wall. Adding a floor box or a hidden HDMI run afterwards costs far more than doing it at first fix.
Because we're electricians first, the power, data and AV cabling go in together, safely and certified, with one contractor for the room instead of three.

Meeting room AV questions, answered
Do you supply the screens and equipment?
We usually supply it. We know the quality of what we fit and we stand behind the install, so the screen, mounts and connectivity all come from us. If you already have equipment, we can work with it.
Can you hide the cables in a solid floor or wall?
Yes. Floor boxes, chased walls, containment behind wall panels and cables routed through ceiling voids mean nothing trails across the table or down the wall.
Will it work with laptops and wireless presenting?
Yes. We wire for wired connection points at the table and data to the screen for wireless presenting, so people can connect either way.
Can you set up video conferencing rooms?
Yes. We wire and mount screens, cameras, microphones and speakers so they're ready for your conferencing system, and work alongside your IT provider for the software and accounts.
Can this be done as part of a fit-out?
That's the best time. Planning the AV at first fix means floor boxes and cable routes go in before the floors and walls are finished.
TV or media room at home?
TV mounting and home cinema are covered on our home AV page. See the home version →
